My sons home has white wall to wall carpet. Within the last two years, he and his roommate got puppies and they declared war on the carpet. The Stain Busters IOM came in and thoroughly cleaned and deodorized all of the carpet. Simon was great to deal with on the phone and HE was very professional and proficient in his job. Thank you!

Simon arrived promptly and was courteous and keen to get started. He explained what he was going to do and then worked his magic. Our sofa and built in window seating look like new again. We would definitely recommend Simon to anyone thinking about having upholstery etc professionally steam cleaned.

Carpets were dry within two hours after deep extraction clean chosen over the dry system when all the pros and cons were explained by Simon the boss.

I cannot say enough good things about Simon! I sent a message (after hours) on the off chance he was available the next day & he managed to fit me in! Simon arrived early, was a pleasure to deal with & did a brilliant job! Absolutely recommend! Five stars!

We had outstanding service from Simon, from first contact to the end of the job. He was perfectly punctual, worked for 4.5 hours without a break, and was not fazed by our two large Golden Retrievers!
Simon cleaned our sitting room carpet, plus two big sofas, an accent chair and large footstool, then did our stair carpet - naturally, I'd have said they weren't *that* grubby, but clearly and embarrassingly they were (let's blame dogs, family life and the open fire!) - honestly, he's made them look like new!
I can't recommend Simon highly enough - I might just book him in annually... 👌

My daughter asked me to be at her home for when Simon called. He rang to inform her that he would be 30 minutes late which impressed me. Very few workman do that. Many don’t even turn up!!

Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. Turned up on time, worked professionally through the house and carpets now look brand new. Lots of marks around the house which included oil and make up and all removed easily. Carpets were dry to touch with 2 hours and our carpets are looking and smelling very fresh. Thank you Simon for a great and valued service.

You can absolutely rely on Simon to bring your carpets back to 'good as new'. I had spilled nail varnish on my bedroom carpet: there were also some marks where I had dropped a lip pencil. No trace of anything after Simon's visit. Also a stubborn stain on the stair carpet - no idea what it was - completely gone! He is always pleasant and cheerful and all he asks is that if something has happened to your carpet, you leave well alone and he will sort it out!
